Admission and Progression
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
-A student whose Semester Grade Point Average (GPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) are at least 2.00 and who has no courses to repeat is considered a successful student.
-Except for the first semester, if a student's CGPA falls below 1.80 at the end of any semester, the student must raise their CGPA to at least 1.80 in order to take new courses (excluding internship courses and deferred courses). Students in this situation must repeat previously taken courses until they meet the required CGPA level. Semesters in which students repeat courses are counted within the normal duration of study.
-Students whose Semester GPA and CGPA are between 3.00 and 3.49 are recognized as honor students, while those with a GPA between 3.50 and 4.00 are recognized as high honor students.
-In addition, an academic achievement scholarship is automatically granted to students who meet the success criteria.
