Qualification Requirements and Regulations
In order for a PhD student to take the proficiency exam, he/she must pass all elective and compulsory courses in the program he/she has taken in 4 semesters, not have an F1, F2, K or Z grade, and complete 40 credits. In this program, the student must provide a minimum of 240 ECTS credits and have a general point avarage at least 2.70 out of 4.00. A student who is successful in the thesis exam is entitled to receive the title of "Doctor of Science".
