About the Programme
General Information
The Pastry and Bakery Program within the Vocational School of Social Sciences offers two years of associate degree education after high school education. Students who will enter the program are determined according to the results of the "Higher Education Institutions Exam" (YKS) conducted by the "Student Selection and Placement Center" (ÖSYM). Of the 20 student quota of the program, 3 are scholarship (free of charge) and 17 are 25% discounted. Students must take and pass all compulsory courses; they must also achieve a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 in order to graduate. In addition, a summer internship of 50 working days is required for graduation. The language of instruction of the program is Turkish. Preparatory class is optional.
