Qualification Requirements and Regulations

A student is considered to be in good academic standing if they have a Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00, and have no courses that must be repeated.
Except for the first semester, if a student's Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) falls below 1.80 at the end of any semester, the student may not enroll in any course they have not previously taken (excluding deferred courses) until their CGPA has been raised to at least 1.80. Students in this situation must repeat previously taken courses until they achieve the required CGPA. Semesters during which students repeat courses are counted as part of the maximum period of study.
Students with a Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) between 3.00 and 3.49 are recognized as Honor Students, while those with both averages between 3.50 and 4.00 are recognized as High Honor Students.
