Admission and Progression
Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses successfully completed by a student at another higher education institution prior to enrollment in the program, with a grade of at least C, may be recognized as equivalent by the student's academic advisor. Upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program chair and the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board, such courses may be transferred to the student's registered program. In this case, the student is exempted from the course considered equivalent to the transferred course.
Course transfers involving courses taken at other higher education institutions are recorded on the student's transcript using the original course title and course code. The ECTS credit value of the transferred course and the equivalent letter grade at the University are determined by the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board.
