Qualification Requirements and Regulations

A student whose Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) are at least 2.00 and who has no courses to repeat is considered a successful student.

Except for the first semester, a student whose Cumulative Grade Point Average falls below 1.80 at the end of any registered semester must raise their Cumulative Grade Point Average to at least 1.80 in order to take a new course, excluding deferred courses. Students in this situation repeat previously taken courses until they elevate their Cumulative Grade Point Average to the specified level. Semesters during which students repeat courses are counted toward the maximum period of study.

Students with a Semester Grade Point Average and Cumulative Grade Point Average between 3.00 and 3.49 are classified as honor students, while those with a average between 3.50 and 4.00 are classified as high honor students.
