Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses completed by a student at any higher education institution prior to enrollment in the relevant department, with a grade equivalent to at least "C" and deemed equivalent by the student advisor, shall be transferred to the program in which the student is enrolled upon the recommendation of the department or program chair and the decision of the relevant unit administrative board. In this case, the student shall be exempt from the course to which the transferred course is deemed equivalent. Course transfers regarding courses taken from other educational institutions shall appear on the transcripts with their original course titles and course codes. The ECTS equivalent of the course taken and the letter grade equivalent at the University shall be determined by the decision of the relevant unit administrative board.
