Medical expenses are covered by the Student Health Center, the Başkent University Hospital and the student’s social security institution as follows.

Free initial examination
Initial examination and medical treatment is free of charge at the Student Health Center.

Referral to the hospital
In the cases which require further tests and treatment, the student is sent to the Başkent University Hospital.

Follow-up treatment
The expenses for the follow-up stages are covered by the social security institution of the student or their family.
