Labs, internet and digital services
Başkent University students can improve their presentation and strategic thinking skills, creativity and decision-making process at the Visual Laboratories that are furnished with hi-tech equipment. The flow of the course is mainly focused on the students through sample cases on video and simulation games on computer.

Computer laboratories
Teaching and research are carried out at laboratories furnished with hi-tech computers, audio and visual equipment, connected to the Internet through 34Mbit speed via Ulaknet. Self-study labs are open at weekends and after working-hours.

Appropriate settings and fast Internet access via EDUROAM offer our students a comfortable atmosphere for research.

Lifelong e-mail
From the moment they enrol, students use personal e-mail addresses and may construct and share personal web pages. E-mail addresses are left activated even after they graduate.

Many student clubs set up and run their own websites on baskent.edu.tr, announcing their activities worldwide.

It is a center which plays an essential role in teaching and research by gathering information resources and putting them at the disposal of its users. It offers its services in the periodicals hall, reference hall, books hall and self-study rooms which are open 7 days / 24 hours; the entrance floor is also open 24 hours during the exam weeks. All library tasks are carried out through computers, and the catalogue can be searched online. Within inter-library cooperation, books can be borrowed on loan. Electronic databases can easily be accessed, also off-campus. The library expands its capacity with new materials every year.
Membership
Students can borrow books if they are members. To become a member, they must apply with their identity cards and an e-mail address.
