Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses taken at another higher education institution before enrolling in the relevant program, and which the student's advisor deems equivalent with a grade of at least C, may be transferred to the student's enrolled program upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program head and the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board. In this case, the student is exempt from the course deemed equivalent to the transferred course. Course transfers from other educational institutions are recorded in the transcript with the original course name and course code. The ECTS credits of the transferred course and the equivalent letter grade within the university are determined by the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board.
