| Course Description | DTP102-FOREIGN TRADE TRANSACTIONS II is a continuation of DTP101-FOREIGN TRADE TRANSACTIONS I.
Underdeveloped or developing countries need new industrialization strategies and policies, new technologies, and accumulated knowledge to avoid falling behind in the global race for development, to gain competitiveness, and to develop new technologies. Turkey is implementing various economic policies to reach the level of economic development of industrialized countries, and is trying to strengthen its strategic position in the world by effectively utilizing its existing resources in a globalized world. Those who are strong and can compete with their rivals in many factors such as price, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, marketing, and distribution will succeed in this race. However, due to the nature of competition, it is as important to be successful in all sectors in the long term as it is to be successful only in a specific period or sector. Therefore, in order for Türkiye to achieve a structure that will ensure sustainable export growth, the relevant institutions and organizations, and businesses engaged in foreign trade transactions, need to improve their competitive conditions. One of the most effective ways to achieve this improvement is the correct management and guidance of processes in foreign trade transactions. The aim of this course is to equip personnel who will become foreign trade specialists with the necessary skills, qualifications, and the ability to conduct business effectively. |
