Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses that a student has taken and successfully passed with a minimum grade of "C" (or equivalent) at any higher education institution prior to enrolling in the relevant program may be transferred to the enrolled program upon the academic advisor's recommendation, the proposal of the program/department chair, and the decision of the relevant unit administrative board. In this case, the student is exempted from the corresponding course for which the transferred course is deemed equivalent. Course transfers from other higher education institutions appear on the academic transcript under their original course names and course codes. The ECTS equivalent of the transferred course and the corresponding letter grade equivalent at the University are determined by the decision of the relevant unit administrative board.
