Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses taken by a student at any higher education institution prior to enrollment in the relevant department?and successfully completed with a grade of at least C?that are deemed equivalent by the student's academic advisor shall be transferred to the student's enrolled program upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program chair and the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board. In such cases, the student is exempted from the course to which the transferred course is deemed equivalent. Course transfers regarding courses taken at other educational institutions are recorded on transcripts with their original course names and codes. The ECTS credit value of the course taken and the equivalent letter grade at the University are determined by the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board.
