Admission and Progression
Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses that a student has taken at any higher education institution prior to enrolling in the relevant department and successfully completed with a grade of at least C may be transferred to the program in which the student is enrolled, provided that they are deemed equivalent by the student?s academic advisor and approved upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program chair and the decision of the relevant administrative board. In such cases, the student is exempted from the course for which the transferred course is deemed equivalent.
Courses transferred from other higher education institutions are recorded on the transcript with their original course titles and course codes. The ECTS credit equivalent of the transferred course and the corresponding equivalent letter grade at the University are determined by the relevant administrative board.
