About the Programme
Key Learning Outcomes
- PO1Knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, fundamental engineering, computation with computers, and topics specific to Electrical and Electronics Engineering; and the ability to apply this knowledge to the solution of complex engineering problems.
- PO2The ability to identify, formulate, and analyze complex engineering problems by using knowledge of basic sciences, mathematics, and engineering, while considering the relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals associated with the problem under consideration.
- PO3The ability to design creative solutions to complex engineering problems; and the ability to design complex systems, processes, devices, or products in a manner that satisfies current and future needs while considering realistic constraints and conditions.
- PO4The ability to select and use appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and information technology tools, including prediction and modeling, for the analysis and solution of complex engineering problems, while being aware of their limitations.
- PO5The ability to use research methods for investigating complex engineering problems or research topics specific to the discipline of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, including conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, performing experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and interpreting findings.
- PO6Knowledge of the impacts of engineering practices on society, health and safety, the economy, sustainability, and the environment within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals; and awareness of the legal consequences of engineering solutions.
- PO7The ability to act in accordance with engineering professional principles, knowledge of ethical responsibility, and awareness of acting impartially, avoiding discrimination in all matters, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- PO8The ability to work effectively as an individual and as a member or leader of disciplinary and multidisciplinary teams (face-to-face, remote, or hybrid).
- PO9The ability to communicate effectively in technical matters, both orally and in writing, while considering the diverse characteristics of the target audience (such as education, language, and profession).
- PO10Knowledge of professional practices in business life, such as project management and economic feasibility analysis; and awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation.
- PO11The ability for independent and continuous learning, adapting to new and emerging technologies, and engaging in critical thinking regarding technological changes as part of lifelong learning.
