At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Explains the principles and process of preparing a developmental support program
  2. Explains the definitions and concepts related to early intervention
  3. Lists developmental risk factors and protective factors
  4. Establishes the relationship between early intervention and developmental support programs
  5. Reviews studies on early intervention and risk factors
  6. Compares early intervention approaches and developmental support programs around the world and in Turkey
  7. Develops a developmental support program targeting developmental risks and protective factors

Course DescriptionWithin this course it is aimed to evaluate the gains and indicators in the preschool education program, daily education program, monthly plan and activity plans. It is also aimed to gain the competencies of planning, implementation and evaluation of home based and institutional based developmental support programs for children.
