Course DescriptionDefinition, structure and use of geometry in real life. Axiom, undefined concept, theorem, Euclidean and non-Euclidean geometries, basic axioms of Euclidean geometry are discussed. Relationships between point, line and plane concepts, angle concept, types, congruence and congruence axioms of angles, applications related to angles, definition of polygon concept, definition of triangle concept, triangle types, basic and auxiliary elements of triangle, congruence axioms and theorems related to triangles, similarity theorems related to triangles, theorems about geometric concepts such as trapezoid, parallelogram, rhombus, rhombus, rectangle, square, deltoid are proved. Applications related to quadrilaterals are given. Circle and circle concepts, theorems and applications related to angle and length in circle and circle, properties of objects in space, area and volume of solid objects.
