Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
The processes related to the crediting of previous education in the Control and Automation Technology Program are operated in accordance with the Başkent University Exemption and Adjustment Procedures Directive adopted by the Başkent University Senate's Decision No. 867 dated 16.01.2020. Horizontal Transfer, Adaptation and Exemption Commission was established within Kahramankazan Vocational School. This commission evaluates the requests received through the Başkent University Student Affairs Unit at the beginning and end of each semester and carries out the exemption procedures on the basis of the relevant Regulation. In addition, students who are admitted to the program other than lateral transfer are exempted from the courses taken at the previous university by the program advisor instructor after they are admitted to the program, according to the relevant regulation.
