Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses that a student has taken at any institution of higher education prior to enrolling in the relevant department and in which the student has earned a grade of at least a C, and which the student advisor deems equivalent, shall be transferred to the program in which the student is enrolled upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program chair and the decision of the relevant unit?s administrative board. In this case, the student is exempt from the course deemed equivalent to the transferred course. Course transfers for courses taken at other educational institutions are listed on transcripts with the original course title and course code. The ECTS equivalent of the course taken and the corresponding letter grade at the University are determined by a decision of the relevant unit?s administrative board.
