Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

Have knowledge about the basic concepts of electrical quantities and electric current.
Learns the critical role and hazards of electrical energy in occupational safety
Recognizes the protective measures and equipment to be taken in electrical work.
Understands the effects of electric current on the human body and learns first aid methods against electric shocks.

Course Description

Bu ders, elektrikle çalışmalarda karşılaşılabilecek tehlikeleri ve riskleri tanıtarak, elektrik kazalarını önlemeye yönelik güvenlik önlemlerini öğretmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Elektrik sistemlerinin güvenli kullanımı, topraklama, kaçak akım koruma sistemleri, kişisel koruyucu donanım (KKD) kullanımı, mevzuatlar ve standartlar hakkında bilgi verir.
