Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

At the end of a semester, one of the following letter grades is awarded to students by the instructor for each course. The instructor is not obliged to adhere to the numerical ranges out of 100 when exercising grading discretion. The letter grades, grade points, and corresponding numerical ranges are as follows:A 95-100 4,0 A- 90-94 3,7 B+ 85-89 3,3 B 80-84 3,0 B- 75-79 2,7 C+ 70-74 2,3 C 65-69 2,0 C- 60-64 1,7 D+ 55-59 1,3 D 50-54 1,0 S 0-0 - F1 0-49 0,0 F2 0-0 - E 0-0 -.
If a student has incomplete practical work in a course or is scheduled to take a make-up exam, and therefore their final grade cannot be determined within the grading period, the instructor assigns an E grade. Students who receive an E grade must complete their missing work and/or take the make-up exam within ten days following the announcement of the grades. An extension of this period may be granted by the decision of the relevant administrative board. If an E grade is not converted into another grade within fifteen days after the grade announcement, it is automatically converted into an F1 grade in the information management system.
