Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Student admission to programs is carried out in accordance with the principles set by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) under the relevant regulations. Students who have previously been enrolled in other higher education institutions, either domestically or abroad, may apply for credit and grade transfer under the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
Their requests are evaluated by the department and submitted for approval to the administrative board within the application period. These requests cannot be repeated.
