| Ders Tanımı | Bu derste, son yıllarda örgüt yazınında sıkça ele alınan bir konu olan örgütler arası ilişkiler ve güven konusundaki kuramlar ve uygulamalar ele alınacaktır. Amaç, kuramsal bilginin örgütsel ve yönetsel sorunlara uygulanmasına yönelik kavramsal temeli oluşturmaktır.
