At the end of this course, the students;
- will learn detailed and comprehensive information about the controversial issues related to labor law like the employer's right to manage, changes in working conditions, the problems caused by the use of fundamental rights and freedoms in the workplace, and essentially the reasons for the termination of the employment relationship and the consequences related to it.
