- Learns the concepts related to management and organization, decision-making process, management, planning and organizational structure,
- Learns management theories (Traditional (Classical) management theory, Neo-classical management theory, Modern Management (System approach and Contingency approach) Theory),
- Knows the Functions of Management (Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordination, Control),
- Learns Modern Management Approaches.

| Course Description | Concepts related to management and organization, decision-making process, management, planning and organizational structure are taught. Classical management organization theory, neo-classical organization theory, system approach, contingency approach are discussed.
