About the Programme
General Information
The Artificial Intelligence Engineering Program of the Faculty of Engineering at Başkent University operates at the university's Bağlıca Campus. The program started admitting undergraduate students in the 2025-2026 academic year.
The program, whose language of instruction is English, aims to educate graduates with strong foundations in computer science, mathematics, statistics, and engineering in the field of artificial intelligence. The program addresses fundamental areas of artificial intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, decision-making, data-driven modeling, intelligent agents, autonomous systems, and robotics, through an integrated engineering approach.
Educational, research, quality, curriculum, and student-oriented processes in the department are carried out within the framework of relevant regulations, university procedures, department committees, and the evaluations of the Department Board.
