Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
The Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer is implemented. Students who have taken courses at other institutions in Turkey or abroad may request credit and grade transfer. If the transfer request is submitted within the first week of the academic year, the board of the relevant academic unit decides which courses may be transferred. Transfer requests are evaluated to cover the entirety of a student?s program of study and are finalized on a one-time-only basis.
