Admission and Progression
Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
Courses taken by a student at a higher education institution without enrolling in the relevant department and passed with a grade of at least C, deemed equivalent by the student advisor, will be transferred to the program in which the student is enrolled, upon the recommendation of the relevant department or program head and the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board. In this case, the student will be exempt from the course to which the transferred course is deemed equivalent. Course transfers from other educational institutions will be included on the transcript with the original course name and course code. The ECTS equivalent of the course taken, and the equivalent letter grade at the university, will be determined by the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board.
