| Course Description | This course comprehensively covers the basic properties, production technologies, metallurgical structure, and welding applications of stainless steels. The course examines types of stainless steel, their applications, the selection of appropriate welding methods and electrodes, the determination of welding parameters, welding techniques for joining in different positions, and solutions to problems encountered during welding. In addition, the course addresses the corrosion behavior of stainless steels, occupational health and safety practices, and repair and maintenance welding processes, with the goal of equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to weld stainless steels reliably and to a high standard. |
