At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Describe the relationship of work life with socio-economic and political systems in industry and organizational settings
  2. Describe and classify the work area of Industry and Organizational Psychology
  3. Describes the communication patterns among work, employees and employers in work places.
  4. Describe the theories related to motivation in industry and organizations.
  5. Describe implementations that are used to provide productivity in industry and organizations.
  6. Explain the problems of participating in industrial democracy and codetermination in industry and organizations.
  7. Describe scientific methods applied to problems that emerged in industry and organizations

Course DescriptionAssociation of work life with socio economic and political systems, industrial psychology and working areas; communication levels of work and workers in enterprises with groups and group behaviours, motivation, productivity, problems of participation to industrial democracy and participation and investigation of these issues scientifically.
