At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Know Individual Business Law, Basic principles and concepts of business law
  2. Learn the Establishment and types of business contract, debts born from business contract, job health and security, arrangement of job, termination of job contract and result of termination.
  3. Know Social Security Law, Basic Principles and Concepts, Corporate Structure, Social Security Finance, Short-term insurance assistance

Course DescriptionThis course will focus on the basic principles of Labor and Social Security Law and in this context will examine different practices that explain the structure of individual and collective working relationships. The main issues of the course are the working relationships in Turkey and the parties involved in this process (workers, employers and the government), the conditions and conclusion of the labor contract, the legal rights and obligations of the employer and the employer, and the processes and institutions that will remove the disagreements that may arise between the parties.
