Specific Arrangements for the Recognition of Prior Learning
No exemption or transfer is granted for courses taken by students in a graduate program from which they have graduated to another graduate program, even if the names of the programs are the same.
The transfer of graduate courses related to the student?s field of science/art, which the student has successfully completed at any higher education institution either before enrolling in the Institute or while enrolled in the Institute, either as a registered student or as a special student, is carried out in accordance with Articles 16 and 23 of the Başkent University Regulation on Graduate Education, Training, and Examinations.
