Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Define the basic principles of biological analysis.
  2. Describe the techniques used for the isolation and separation of biomolecules.
  3. Discuss the principles involved in the application of standard sample preparation procedures.
  4. Explain the use of enzymes, antibodies, cells, and DNA in biosensors by detailing their specific roles and mechanisms.
  5. Explain with examples how biological molecules are used in advanced technologies such as lab-on-a-chip, and discusses the analytical and practical advantages of such applications.
Mode of DeliveryFace to face
