- Defines science and scientific knowledge.

- Accesses scientific information using library resources and electronic databases.

- Prepares a scientific report on a topic of choice by scanning the relevant literature.

| Course Description | Finding, evaluating, using accurate and reliable scientific sources, conducting research and writing reports. Getting to know library systems, scanning the internet and electronic databases, learning the rules of writing assignments and reports, writing reports in accordance with scientific ethics. |
