At the end of this course, the students;
- Can Understand subject, history and basic problems of Labor Law
- Understanding of basic concept of Labor Law
- Learn the rules of Labor Contract
- Learn rights and duties comes from the Labor Contract
- Learn and assess employees working hours
- Have knowledge of measures to be taken for occupational health and safety
- Learn how to labor contract ending and rights and duties of contractors
- Have knowledge of trade unions and the trade union freedom
