Course Description

This course provides the subjects such as social system, and rules of the social system and law, classifications of the positive law (private and public), jural relations and rights, individual and family law, general provisions of inheritance law, obligations and commercial law, constitutional law, basic concepts of criminal and tax law, Turkish Judical System.

Course Contents

4^th Week	The winning and losing of rights.
5^th Week	The protection of rights..
6^th Week	Special sections of law and civil law (individual and family law).
7^th Week	The general provisions of law.
8^th Week	Midterm exam
9^th Week	Law of obligation
10^th Week	The general provisions of commercial law.
11^th Week	Public law and constitutional law.
12^th Week	The general concepts of criminal law.
13^th Week	The general concept of tax law.
14^th Week	Turkish judicial system.
