At the end of this course, the students;
- Understand the principles of microscopic, spectroscopic, chromatographic, electrophoretic, and immunoassay-based bioanalytical techniques.
- Apply these techniques to analyze biomolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, metabolites).
- Differentiate between bioanalytical techniques in terms of their principles, sensitivity, resolution, and suitability for analyzing different biomolecules.
- Interpret data generated from techniques
- Select and justify the most appropriate analytical method for specific biological questions and evaluate its applications and limitations in research, clinical, and industrial contexts.
