Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Count the phases of the cell cycle.
  2. Use the terms of cell cycle phases, metabolisms and checkpoints correctly.
  3. Explain the formation processes of programmed and damage-related cell death types.
  4. Discuss the cell cycle and death in the context of different pathologies.
  5. Discuss drug development methods against cell cycle-derived cancers.
  6. Select the most appropriate analysis method and the methods used to analyze cell division and cell death under laboratory conditions.
