At the end of this course, the students;
- Isolate and quantify protein, display it in SDS-PAGE and perform Western Blot analysis.
- Apply basic chromatographic analysis.
- Determine antioxidant enzyme activity with different methods.
- Make quantitative measurement of oxidative stress parameters and non-enzymatic antioxidant systems.
