At the end of this course, the students;
- Learn to write projects suitable to academic writing rules
- Know how to produce scientific work appropriate to ethical principles
- Can examine problems in organizations from a broader perspective.

| Course Description | Participants have to prepare an extensive term project in order to graduate from the program. Term project has to follow certain academic rules and principles. A personal project consultant will be assigned to each participant. Consultant assignment will be based on the content of project. At the final stage, students will present their reports to various business experts. |
