Course DescriptionThis lecture includes discussions and works on the concepts and roles played in design project processes, cooperative working methods, problems to be encountered during the process and relevant solutions, creating roadmaps, timing, workflow, providing shared working platforms and risk management.
Course Contents
WEEK TOPICS
1st Week Introduction: Scope and objectives of the course.
2nd Week What is the project? Project implementation processes, time and resource management.
3rd Week Applicability. Background research. Literature review.
4th Week udgeting. Examination of sample projects. Determination of subjects and groups, distribution of tasks. Creating the project calendar.
5th Week Research and presentation of topics. Evaluation and feedback.
6th Week Project writing stages.
7th Week Project writing stages. Evaluation and feedback.
8th Week Planning and Measurement of Success Criteria
9th Week Scheduling and compliance checks.
10th Week Teamwork and evaluations.
11th Week Teamwork, questions and answers and evaluations.
12th Week Collaborative work, briefings about the presentation, term evaluation.
13th Week Project presentations.
14th Week Project presentations.
