At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Define the fundamental components of music (rhythm, melody, harmony, form).
  2. Interpret various musical genres and periods within an aesthetic and cultural context.
  3. Analyze selected musical works in terms of structural and aesthetic features.
  4. Examine the historical, cultural, and aesthetic contexts of a musical piece.
  5. Compare the impact of these contexts on the meaning of the piece.
  6. Evaluate various musical works within aesthetic, cultural, and technical criteria.
  7. Deepen the listening experience with a critical perspective.

Course DescriptionThe aim of the Fine Arts Unit is to take into account the knowledge, skills, needs and expectations of our students in the field of fine arts, through the courses and artistic activities it has opened; It aims to develop their talents and interests and to see the world from a wider perspective in terms of culture, art and aesthetics.
