About the Programme
Profile of the Programme
The Machine Programme aims to train an expert workforce that can work as a machine technician to meet the changing and developing needs of the sector. With the completion of the basic courses, emphasis is placed on courses for the field. The applications of the courses are carried out with on-site training in cooperation with the sector and industry.
In order to support and reinforce the theoretical and practical knowledge taught in the programme, workplace practical training is compulsory for 70 working days.
Students who graduate from the department have the opportunity to make vertical transfer to the programmes that study with formal or Distance Education System in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Continuation of Graduates of Vocational Schools and Open Education Associate Degree Programmes to Undergraduate Education.
