| Course Description | Subjects regarding the commercial enterprise, which is regulated under the first book of the Commercial Code, such as merchants, kinds of commercial enterprises, interest, commercial activity, tradename, name of the enterprise, trade registry, trademark, unfair competition, commercial books and current accounts will be explained in this lesson.
Students who miss more than 30% of total class hours receive an F2 grade. |
