At the end of this course, the students;

  2. The structure of the state, state-forming organs, duties and functions of these organs, the fundamental rights and freedoms regime to become a competent knowledge.
  3. Items included in the judicial process teşklat regulating the relations between individuals in the private law to have information about the rule of law and shall have the ability to interpret these rules.
  4. Judicial personnel have gained awareness about the ethical responsibilities of lawyers and the transactions carried out in this context is dominated.
