At the end of this course, the students;
- Comprehend the principles of Turkish law of succession.
- Learn the types of heirship and testamentary dispositions.
- Be acquainted with the lawsuits peculiar to law of succession.
- Be able to apply the rules of law of succession regarding the inheritable property of a deceased person.
- will have information regarding Opening and Acquisition of Heritage Rejection of Self-Acquired Inheritance and on Inquisition Case Due to Inheritance.

| Course Description | General principles of Law of Succession, terms of succession and heir, types of heirs, reserved portion, transfer of estate, partition and distribution of the estate will be explained.Fundamental concepts of inheritance law, types of inheritance, share of inheritance, cases specific to inheritance law; the same rights, possession, title deed are the subject of this course. |
