Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

  1. Explain the principles, procedures, and applications of commonly used geotechnical field tests,
  2. Perform, interpret, and evaluate in-situ test results for determining soil properties,
  3. Assess soil strength, stiffness, permeability, and dynamic characteristics using field measurements,
  4. Select appropriate field testing and monitoring techniques for geotechnical engineering projects.
Mode of DeliveryFace to face
