Course DescriptionThe aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills on how to produce and process a photograph with digital methods and make it ready for presentation in digital environments in interactive ways. As it is known, in the digital age we live in, the dynamics of photograph and photography have changed, just like everything else. In today's technology and pace, although digital photography is perceived as a job consisting of just pressing the shutter button, it is still a challenging process that requires intense knowledge. It is necessary to be aware of the secrets and limitations of digital in order to accompany time by taking photographs with high aesthetic value, creative and witnessing quality. Approaches such as digital modernism, hypertextuality that emerged with digital technologies have also been decisive on the aesthetic perception in photography.
