Course Description
In this course transaction operations taking place within the capital markets during the finalisation stages and their applications will be introduced. Clearing, settlement and custody, dematerialisation, transfer, clearing and default transactions of equities in BIST, transfer, clearing and default transactions of debt securities in BIST, collateral administration of TAKASBANK, clearing in derivative instruments, intermaediation and physical delivery concepts will also be covered.
