At the end of this course, the students;

  1. gain knowledge about stocks and stock-like securities,
  2. public and private sector debt instruments,
  3. investment funds are interest-free financial instruments,
  4. warrants and certificates,
  5. asset-backed/mortgage-backed/collateralized securities,
  6. real estate certificates, depositary receipts for foreign capital market instruments, and derivatives.

Course DescriptionIn this module the introduction of instruments traded in capital markets is aimed. In that context securities, equities, bonds, bills, investment funds, non-interest bearing financial instruments, derivatives, warrants, asset backed securities, collaterilised debt obligations, real estate certificates and foreign capital market instruments and depo certificates will be presented.
